Instructional Leadership Institute (ILI) is an independent, non-profit company that aims to improve learner outcomes across South Africa. Their 18-month Instructional Leadership Development Programme (ILDP) enables school leaders to improve the quality of teaching and learning in their schools. The ILDP programme is offered at no cost to public school leadership teams across South Africa.
